Here we give you a guidance on their tour with the information that we believe may be of your interest. The information is indicative, may exist variations on designated hours.
TRANSFER from the airport, if you have it included or purchasing. Our transfer will be waiting for you with a poster on behalf of Europamundo or its name to the output of the custom (after collecting your luggage)..
Remember to inform us by phone if you lost your connection flight or expected delay of their arrival, in your VOUCHER figure the phone of the transfer.
IMPORTANT: If you had additional nights upon arrival the hotel will have your reservation, but his travel guide normally will not be until the night before the start of the tour.
IMPORTANT: If you requested additional nights, your room will be ready upon arrival at the hotel, but your trip guide will only contact you when the included activities begin. Until then, you’ll have free time to enjoy at your leisure.

At the end of the visit we travel to the BASILICA OF GUADALUPE , the most visited Catholic temple in the Americas where the Virgin of Guadalupe is found. There we will be able to explore the old basilica dating back to the 18th Century and also the modern temple.
In the afternoon we travel to the neighbourhood of XOCHIMILCO, a wonderful place with its canals and semi-floating gardens. Here we include a ride in a “trajinera” , one of the boats festooned with flowers.
18.00 Hrs.- Return to the hotel
21.00 Hrs.- We include a transfer to the Plaza de GARIBALDI , with its many bars, restaurants and bars where tacos and tequila are served and the Mariachis sing. Dinner is included in a traditional restaurant.
Scenery: We’ll cross the central mountains of Mexico, passing through forested valleys filled with pine and oak trees, in a region where nature and mining history intertwine.
07:30 a.m. – Departure from Mexico City. We’ll leave the capital behind and head into the lush landscapes of the State of Mexico. A scenic mountain road will lead us to our first destination.
10:15 a.m. – El Oro de Hidalgo. Arrival at this Pueblo Mágico , a town that flourished during the gold and silver mining boom. Its streets echo a European past, with elegant architecture such as the Juárez Theater and the old train station. You’ll have time to stroll through its charming historic center.
11:15 a.m. – Departure from El Oro de Hidalgo. We’ll continue toward a remarkable example of the region’s mining heritage.
11:30 a.m. – Mina de las Dos Estrellas. We’ll visit this fascinating site museum, located within an old mine, where we’ll learn about the lives of gold miners and the technological advances of the era (tickets included).
12:45 p.m. – Departure from Mina de las Dos Estrellas. We’ll journey through mountainous terrain, temporary home to the monarch butterfly.
01:00 p.m. – Tlalpujahua. Arrival in this charming Pueblo Mágico in the state of Michoacán, known for its year-round Christmas spirit and handmade blown-glass ornaments. Don’t miss the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, with its stunning pink stone baroque façade. You’ll have time for lunch and to wander its cobbled streets, lined with shops full of Santa Claus figures all year long.
03:00 p.m. – Departure from Tlalpujahua. We’ll travel through mountain landscapes and Purépecha lands on our way to the final stop.
05:45 p.m. – Pátzcuaro. Arrival in one of the most beautiful colonial cities in Mexico, where pre-Hispanic heritage blends with colonial architecture. Its tree-lined squares, namesake lake, and bustling artisan markets create a truly unique atmosphere. Free time to start exploring this gem of the Michoacán highlands.
Scenery: We’ll travel across Mexico’s central plateau, passing through agricultural landscapes, traditional towns, and views of lakes and mountains. A day filled with history, colonial architecture, and natural beauty.
08:30 a.m. – Departure from Pátzcuaro. We’ll leave this charming Purépecha city behind and head toward the state capital, following a route that highlights the best of Michoacán’s colonial legacy.
09:30 a.m. – Morelia. Arrival in the state capital, considered one of Mexico’s most stunning colonial cities and recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Known for its elegant pink-stone architecture, Morelia’s historic center is both harmonious and monumental. You’ll have free time to stroll through the refined Plaza de Armas, admire the magnificent Baroque Cathedral, and discover historic corners throughout the city. Founded in 1540, its university is one of the oldest in the Americas. Free time to enjoy lunch and explore the city’s rich culinary scene.
02:00 p.m. – Departure from Morelia. We’ll continue toward the shores of one of Mexico’s most important lakes.
02:45 p.m. – Cuitzeo del Porvenir. Arrival in this Pueblo Mágico, located by the country’s second-largest lake, offering a peaceful and picturesque atmosphere. If you wish, you can visit the Ex-Convent of Santa María Magdalena, a magnificent 16th-century Plateresque-style complex with a well-preserved cloister and religious spaces. Alternatively, enjoy free time to wander its cobbled streets and admire its traditional architecture.
03:45 p.m. – Departure from Cuitzeo. We’ll begin our return journey to the nation’s capital.
07:30 p.m. – Mexico City. Arrival.
