Here we give you a guidance on their tour with the information that we believe may be of your interest. The information is indicative, may exist variations on designated hours.

TRANSFER from the airport, if you have it included or purchasing. Our transfer will be waiting for you with a poster on behalf of Europamundo or its name to the output of the custom (after collecting your luggage)..

Remember to inform us by phone if you lost your connection flight or expected delay of their arrival, in your VOUCHER figure the phone of the transfer.

IMPORTANT: If you had additional nights upon arrival the hotel will have your reservation, but his travel guide normally will not be until the night before the start of the tour.

Welcome to Europamundo! We’ll transfer you to the hotel and you’ll have some free time. In the afternoon, you’ll find information about the start of your tour on the boards located at the hotel reception.
IMPORTANT:
-Check-in: Please note that hotel check-in time is usually at 02:00 p.m. If you require earlier room availability, consider booking an additional night at the beginning of your trip.
-Additional Nights: If you requested additional nights, your room will be ready upon arrival at the hotel, but your trip guide will only contact you when the included activities begin. At the reception, you will find an information board with our staff’s telephone number and hours of assistance. Until then, you have free time to enjoy at your leisure. The hotel staff can assist you with any information you need.
-Optional Activities: During your trip, your guide may offer optional activities. If these activities are available on the Europamundo app or through your "My Trip" link, we strongly recommend booking them as early as possible to ensure availability. Waiting until the last minute may result in missed opportunities due to limited tickets, bus seats, or other factors.

08:00 a.m. – In the morning, we’ll go on a panoramic tour with a local guide lasting approximately three hours through the Eternal City, one of the oldest and most influential cities in Western civilization. The tour will combine a bus ride with a walking section through part of Imperial Rome, where we’ll see the Arch of Constantine, the exterior of the Colosseum, and the exterior of the Imperial Forums—an architectural complex that was the political heart of the ancient world.
During the bus route, we’ll pass by iconic landmarks such as the Circus Maximus, the Basilica of Saint Mary in Cosmedin with the Mouth of Truth, the Republican Temples, the Baths of Caracalla, the Aurelian Walls, the Basilica of Saint Mary Major, the Archbasilica of Saint John Lateran, the Basilica of Saint Mary in Domnica (Navicella), the Pyramid of Cestius, Porta San Paolo, Tiber Island, Lungotevere Avenue with the Babylonian-style Jewish Synagogue, and the exterior of Castel Sant’Angelo.
This tour will end around 11:00 a.m. in Vatican City, an independent state within the city of Rome and the center of the Catholic Church. For those most interested, after the panoramic tour, our guide will offer an optional visit to explore in greater detail the most notable rooms of the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel.

06:00 p.m. – At the end of the day, we’ll include a transfer to the popular Trastevere neighborhood, known for its charming small restaurants and lively atmosphere. We’ll return to the hotel at approximately 08:30 p.m.
Free day. If you wish, you’ll have the option to join an optional excursion, which will vary depending on the time of year. From April through late October, you can discover the charming island of Capri. From November through late March, you will have the option to visit Naples and the fascinating ruins of Pompeii.

Note: We recommend wearing comfortable shoes as the city tour of Florence involves walking.
08:00 a.m. – Departure from Rome (time may vary, depending on the departure points).
12:30 p.m. – Florence. Upon arrival, we´ll stop at the Michelangelo viewpoint for a photo opportunity, offering one of the most stunning views of the city. Following this, we´ll embark on a sightseeing tour with a local guide of this renowned city, one of Italy´s most visited destinations considered the cradle of the Renaissance and some of the most influential artists and thinkers in history, such as Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Botticelli, and Raphael. Highlights of the tour include the Gothic cathedral Duomo di Firenze, the historic Ponte Vecchio, known for its goldsmith workshops along its paved streets and Piazza della Signoria, the city´s political heart featuring the medieval town hall. Free time in the afternoon. We recommend visiting one of its impressive museums, such as the Accademia Gallery or the Uffizi Gallery.

08:00 a.m. - Departure from Florence.
09:15 a.m. - Pisa. Our guide will offer you insightful information about the monumental site. According to the city´s tourist regulations, we will need to park the bus in the designated area assigned by the town hall, which is about one kilometer away from the site itself. You´ll have the option to walk or take a bus to reach there. Please remember the bus number for your return journey; our guide will provide you with this information.
11:00 a.m. - Departure from Pisa. We’ll continue along the Mediterranean coast, passing by the white marble mountains of Carrara. We’ll exit the highway through the Italian Riviera, one of the most beautiful places in the Mediterranean.
12:45 p.m. - Sestri Levante. Charming small seaside resort town. Time for a stroll and lunch.
03:00 p.m. - Departure from Sestri Levante. We’ll follow the Riviera amidst spectacular seascapes.
06:00 p.m. - Monte Carlo. Time for a stroll in this glamorous area, and if you wish, you can visit its famous casino (remember to bring your passport with you).
07:15 p.m. - Departure from Monte Carlo. We’ll continue along the middle corniche towards the capital of the French Riviera.
08:00 p.m. - Nice.
Please note: During this stage of our trip, there may be instances where the guide is not fluent in English.

Scenery: Today, we’ll explore the stunning Côte d´Azur and the Mediterranean coastline.
08:30 a.m. – Transfer to Nice’s city center for a panoramic tour by bus or free time to stroll along the famous Promenade des Anglais, Masséna Square, and other points of interest.
10:00 a.m. – Departure from Nice. We’ll travel through the breathtaking landscapes of Provence, a region known for its fragrant olive groves, cork oaks, and pine trees.
11:30 a.m. – Arrival in Sainte-Maxime, a charming coastal town. Enjoy some time to wander through its narrow streets and admire its beautiful architecture, which blends Art Deco, Provençal, and modern styles. Don’t miss the Tour Carrée, a 16th-century watchtower in the heart of the city.
12:30 p.m. (approx.) – From the port of Sainte-Maxime, we’ll board a sightseeing boat to admire the magnificent views of the gulf as we make our way to the glamorous town of Saint-Tropez. Boarding times may vary slightly depending on the season.
01:00 p.m. – Arrival in Saint-Tropez, one of the most famous destinations on the Côte d´Azur. Despite its popularity among celebrities, the town still retains its traditional charm. At its historic fishing port, you’ll see some of the world’s most luxurious yachts. Free time to explore and have lunch.
03:00 p.m. – Departure from Saint-Tropez.
05:15 p.m. – Arrival in Marseille, France’s second-largest city after Paris. This bustling port city in Provence is full of contrasts. You’ll have time to explore its historic upper town, stroll along its grand 19th-century boulevards, or relax on its beaches. We recommend visiting the lively Vieux-Port (Old Port), the vibrant heart of the city.

Scenery: Villages, landscapes, and history—today we’ll see some of the most beautiful places in Provence.
08:00 a.m. – Departure from Marseille.
09:15 a.m. - Arles. We´ll stop to visit this World Heritage city, showcasing its Roman and medieval legacy. Its light captivated great painters, such as Van Gogh, who immortalized it in some of his canvases.
10:30 a.m. – Departure from Arles.
11:00 a.m. - Les Baux. We’ll explore this small medieval village and include admission to Carrières de Lumières, an impressive underground show that combines art, image, and sound in its old quarries.
12:15 p.m. – Departure from Carrières de Lumières.
01:00 p.m. - Avignon. Time for lunch and a walk in this small walled city in Provence on the banks of the Rhône. It was the seat of the Catholic Popes, becoming the second Rome until 1791 when it was integrated into France. Its immense Palais des Papes reveals its past.
03:30 p.m. - Avignon. We’ll head towards the interior of France.
06:15 p.m. - Lyon. Arrival in the third-largest city in France, proud of its remarkable historical past. We’ll walk through the Lyon Old Town, declared a World Heritage Site, and include a funicular ride to Notre-Dame de Fourvière, an immense basilica offering a great view over the city.
Note: If tickets for the Carrières de Lumières show are unavailable due to closure or high demand, we will instead transfer to the Roman aqueduct of Pont du Gard.

Scenery: Burgundy’s wine region with exceptional vineyards.
08:30 a.m. - After breakfast, we will leave Lyon and head towards Burgundy.
10:00 a.m. - Tournus. Time to stroll through this pleasant small town with picturesque alleys, an immense stone gate, and a large abbey, one of the largest Romanesque monuments in France.
11:00 a.m. – Departure from Tournus.
11:45 a.m. - Beaune. We’ll stop to visit and have lunch in the wine capital of Burgundy. You can visit the wine museum or the historic hospice.
02:30 p.m. – Departure from Beaune.
03:00 p.m. - Savigny Castle. In the heart of this wine region, we will visit Savigny Castle, built in the fifteenth century and home to extraordinary museums featuring motorcycles, race cars, airplanes, and helicopters.
04:30 p.m. – Departure from Savigny Castle.
05:30 p.m. - Dijon. Arrival in the capital of Burgundy, with lively streets and a vibrant atmosphere. Once the capital of a powerful duchy in the late Middle Ages, Dijon preserves a rich architectural heritage of medieval and Renaissance buildings, with the Palace of the Dukes standing out as a highlight.

Scenery: The charming small towns of Alsace.
08:00 a.m. - Departure from Dijon. We’ll continue our journey through the Burgundy region.
09:30 a.m. - Besançon. Take some time to explore this city with Roman origins, known for its beautiful historic center and the 17th-century citadel that overlooks the town.
11:00 a.m. - Departure from Besançon. We’ll continue toward Alsace, a French region that has been contested between France and Germany over the centuries. The area retains its own German dialect, Alsatian, along with architecture and traditions deeply influenced by Germanic culture.
01:15 p.m. - Colmar. We’ll arrive in this picturesque Alsatian city with unique architecture, colorful timber-framed houses, and winding canals. You’ll have time to stroll, enjoy lunch, and sample the region’s renowned white wine and cuisine.
04:00 p.m. - Departure from Colmar. Our journey will continue through the heart of Alsace.
04:30 p.m. - Riquewihr. There will be time to explore this medieval town with cobblestone streets and colorful houses that look like they’ve come straight out of a fairy tale. Riquewihr even inspired scenes from Beauty and the Beast . We will also take the opportunity to visit an old winery and have a tasting of local wine with a typical sweet.
06:00 p.m. - Departure from Riquewihr.
07:00 p.m. - Strasbourg. We’ll arrive in the evening. We recommend a walk around the cathedral area and Petite France, both filled with charming spots and cozy little restaurants.

Scenery: The Champagne region.
We’ll start our day in Strasbourg, the capital of Alsace and home of the European Parliament. The city’s historic center is a true gem, featuring picturesque medieval streets, an impressive Gothic cathedral, and charming canals lined with flowers. Enjoy a boat trip through the canals of Petite France.
11:30 a.m. - Departure from Strasbourg. We’ll continue our journey into the Champagne region, famous worldwide for its sparkling wines. We’ll travel through the evocative landscape, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Cultural Landscape category. This designation honors the winemaking traditions that have been passed down through generations. As we explore, you’ll see vast vineyards that conceal kilometers of underground cellars filled with champagne bottles.
04:00 p.m. - Champagne winery. We’ll stop to visit one of the historic wineries, home to some of the region’s most prestigious vineyards. Here, you’ll discover the secrets behind the world’s most famous sparkling wine. Admission and tasting are included.
05:00 p.m. - Departure from the winery. We’ll continue to Paris, with a brief stop in Épernay, the capital of Champagne. Take a stroll through this charming town, known for its grand private mansions along the Avenue de Champagne, often referred to as the Champs-Élysées of the region.
06:00 p.m. - Departure from Épernay. We’ll head toward Paris.
08:30 p.m. - Paris.
After breakfast, our journey will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful lasting memories.
Note: Please be aware that the hotel check-out time is usually 10:00 a.m. You can leave your luggage in reception upon check-out, allowing you to explore the city without carrying your bags. You can retrieve your luggage at your convenience later in the day. If you require additional time to use your room, we recommend booking an extra night at the end of your tour.
